First Visit and Maintenance Cleaning: On the first visit to your business Krystal Clean will only focus on the general cleaning (70 point check list). After the initial visit or during your daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service you may add specific cleaning requests.

Extra Cleaning Requests: Certain areas of your business don’t need to be cleaned on a weekly basis. If extra items are cleaned on a rotating schedule, your business will maintain its overall appearance and cleanliness. Extra services that we perform may include the inside of your oven, inside of kitchen or bathroom cabinets, walls washed, wood vertical blinds cleaned, furniture polished, floors buffed, mirrored walls and almost any other task you may request. Extra charges apply for these services. Extra services must be scheduled in advance and may be completed during your general cleaning if scheduling permits. The job may also be scheduled on a separate day if the task is major.


Note: During general cleanings our checklist is always thoroughly completed. Checklist items may change without permission; customers may specify additional cleaning requests. Note: Paper products, hand soaps and trashcan liners will be provided by your firm
